"Residential Risk Evaluation" re revision of CSV's plans from commercial
to housing --seems to say: although cleanup was done with commercial use
in mind, since you now want to change to residential use, we will do our best
to evaluate the data along those lines, "with the assumption that the
soil gas would migrate through the soil column, enter residential dwellings
through foundation seams and cracks, and ultimately affect indoor air quality.".
